1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the cv99 platform and its users. By using cv99's website, mobile site, or any related services, you are voluntarily accepting these terms.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transaction requests below these amounts will be rejected.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

cv99 generally processes approved withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed during the verification process or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits to an account will only be accepted from a payment method registered in your name. Receiving or sending funds from or to another person's account is strictly prohibited, and if such a transaction is detected, the account will be closed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cv99 offers new players a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before a bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳12,000 in bets to be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus applies only at the time of the first deposit.
• The welcome bonus is given only once per account.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn before it has been converted to cash.
• cv99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts.

5.4 VIP & Cashback

cv99 has three VIP tiers that provide additional benefits to active players:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Players can advance from one tier to a higher tier through continued activity. The benefits and conditions of each tier are determined by the cv99 authority.

6.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If there is a dispute over a bet result due to a technical issue, the decision of the cv99 authority is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Various types of markets are available in the sports betting section. All odds and markets are subject to change. If a match or tournament is cancelled for a specific reason, the related bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded. Bets identified as related to match manipulation or fixing will be cancelled.

6.3 Casino & Live Games

The cv99 casino section includes slots, table games, live dealer games, and other gaming options. Each game's own rules apply. If a game session is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, it will be resumed from the previous state when the game is restarted, or resolved in accordance with the applicable policy.

6.4 Errors & Technical Issues

If an abnormal win is displayed due to a software, server, or any other technical error, cv99 reserves the right to cancel that transaction. This applies in any case of a "zero payout" or "excess payout".

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cv99:

• Fraud, deception, or use of a false identity
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors
• Use of bots, automation tools, or artificial assistance
• Coordinated betting with other players (collusion)
• Allowing a third party to use an account without authorisation
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against cv99

7.2 Consequences

If any of the above prohibited activities are found to have taken place, cv99 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary. While there may be an opportunity to appeal such a decision, the final authority rests with cv99.

8.1 Suspension by cv99

cv99 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Account inactive for an extended period
• Suspicious financial activity

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the cv99 support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance in the account before closing it. Bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.1 Service Guarantee
